Return Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns on unused items with the hygiene liner and original tags fully intact, provided the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

For hygiene reasons, sale items and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear, as processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

If you’ve completed all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at suncoastswimusa@gmail.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at orders@boutinela.com with your order details.
